Jinn Chao, CPA, PFS

Jinn Chao had nine years CPA practice experience in Tax and Personal Financial Planning. She believes a proactive approach is the key to handle client’s wealth management issues.

Jinn acquired her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1990 from the State of Texas and in 2002 from the State of California. Followed by extensive experience in the financial planning area, she was granted the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) accreditation by the American Institute of CPAs in 2004. Her prior industry experiences including various roles in budgeting, project accounting and management consultation.

For years, Jinn is heavily involved with community services, she served on the board of the American Society of Women Accountants (Silicon Valley Chapter) from 2005 to 2009 in various capacities, including chairman for scholarships, membership, and programs.  She is currently serving as Treasurer for the Hua Yuan Science and Technology Association, a non-profit organization that serves entrepreneurs and innovators with strong ties in China and in the US.

Jinn obtained her MBA in Finance from State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo.
